Good Show

As I sit here waiting for my favorite airline to take me home, I'm reflecting on what a good week it was. I think about the great brands we spoke to, all of whom displayed genuine interest in joining (or at least considering) Pronto. The list is long - Gap, Home Depot, HP, Panasonic, PC Rush, Red Envelope, Orvis, Cymax (a Mercantila clone), Staples, Sears, eLuxury, and of course, The Succulent Wife (Lee confirms that this is not an adult site). New agencies like Resource Interactive and Camelot Communications. Old friends like Traffic Leader and GSI Commerce for brands like Dick's Sporting Goods and FogDog.

But no trip to Vegas would be complete without a little bit of revelry. Tao was a trip - the food was great, but the DJ was better. You know a DJ is good when I get excited about a Kelly Clarkson Song, and come oh-so-close to jumping on the dance floor with the rest of the crew for a little Jump Around. Partying at the Palms was next up, and would have been better had we been able to shed the clinger CEO from a competing CSE.

The gambling tally?

Motz - Down, though I don't trust his math after all those drinks
CJ - Down a bit, but didn't hit the tables too hard
Lee - What was the last count? $400 down? Did the Nickel Slots at the airport add to it?
Matt - Down $220 all week, but got it all back on the last night. Leaving Vegas with a $5 profit. Matt 1, Vegas 0
Foley - Well, some things need to stay in Vegas.

Sleep tally?

Adding up all hours slept by Pronto employees in Vegas, I think it comes out to 20 hours total. And I don't think Craig added to that amount last night.

Thanks to everyone for making this my best trip to Vegas. Had a blast doing it, and thrilled about the progress we made. The plane is boarding. See everyone back in the sales pit.

So drunk right now

I'm sitting at the gate to the airport now! Woo! Airport!

I've been so drunk on this trip I haven't had time to write an entry. I never had a drink though. I was just around Craig a lot. So much alcohol was coming off of him, I got drunk off the fumes.

I lost around $400. And that was just in tips from the Chippendales show I attended.

The more tired I get, the more I sound like a Borscht Belt comedian. I rather like it.

the good and the bad

well, here is the good news : the show is over

and here is the bad news : the show is over

sad - no more vegas. no more good times. no more desert. no more extra oxygen.

sad times, indeed. :(

now we're back to Bagel Friday as our weekly highlight - boo!!

Yep - he did it (and I think he meant it)

** who is now sleeping himself ... but under the table

my girls !

Coke Rules !

Yay! I just had two Cokes and now I'm back ... the morning was rough (really rough) but after two Cokes, the world seems like a brighter place. Unfortunately Craig is still hating it .... he isn't reacting well to my Coke hazing.

Foley is leading from the front and heading to another session at one.

UM, not much else .... why isn't anyone else posting???

Day Three

Well, as you can imagine, by now our livers are starting to revolt. REVOLT.
